Teen Yoga

Our Teen Yoga class for ages 13 and up is designed to support strength, flexibility, and stress management in a welcoming and encouraging environment. The class begins on May 19th at 6:30 PM, with each 60-minute session focused on movement, mindfulness, and building healthy habits.

All yoga classes are led by Gail Foresman, an experienced yoga instructor and pediatric occupational therapist with an extensive background supporting children and families. Gail brings a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to each session, using yoga to help address a wide range of needs—including anxiety, ADHD, and sensory processing disorders—while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every participant.
