Pediatric Yoga
9-12 yo
Our Pediatric Yoga class for ages 9–12 is designed to support growing bodies and minds through movement, mindfulness, and relaxation in a fun and encouraging environment. Classes are held every Wednesday at 5:30 PM starting May 6th, with each 45-minute session focused on building strength, flexibility, focus, and stress management skills.
All yoga classes are led by Gail Foresman, an experienced yoga instructor and pediatric occupational therapist with an extensive background supporting children and families. Gail brings a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to each session, using yoga to help address a wide range of needs—including anxiety, ADHD, and sensory processing disorders—while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every participant.
