Pediatric Yoga

Our Pediatric Yoga class for ages 6–8 is designed to introduce children to movement, mindfulness, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Classes are held every Monday at 5:30 PM starting May 11th, with each 45-minute session focused on building confidence, flexibility, and relaxation skills. 

All yoga classes are led by Gail Foresman, an experienced yoga instructor and pediatric occupational therapist with an extensive background supporting children and families. Gail brings a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to each session, using yoga to help address a wide range of needs—including anxiety, ADHD, and sensory processing disorders—while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every participant.
