Parent & Me Yoga
Our Parent & Me Yoga class is designed for one parent and a child ages 3–5 to connect through gentle movement, play, and mindfulness in a fun and supportive setting. The class begins on May 19th at 5:30 PM, with each 30-minute session focused on building coordination, bonding, and early wellness habits.
All yoga classes are led by Gail Foresman, an experienced yoga instructor and pediatric occupational therapist with an extensive background supporting children and families. Gail brings a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to each session, using yoga to help address a wide range of needs—including anxiety, ADHD, and sensory processing disorders—while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every participant.
